Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we store the information you enter, including name, company, country, WhatsApp, email, buyer type, model, output and product requirements.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information only to assess your requirements, recommend equipment, respond, prepare quotations and track the business follow-up.
Traffic and source measurement
We count page views, browser-tab sessions, referral sources, campaign parameters, countries and contact-button clicks. A random session identifier is kept only in session storage for the current browser tab. We do not store your IP address in the analytics database and do not use advertising cookies.
Storage and retention
Inquiry and source records are stored in the website database with restricted administrative access. Records are reviewed and retained only as long as needed for B2B follow-up, legal obligations and service history. You may request correction or deletion by email.
Third-party services
The site is hosted through infrastructure providers. When you submit the inquiry form, the information you enter may be sent through an email delivery provider to notify our internal team. WhatsApp and email links are separate actions you choose: opening a link does not send a message, and the corresponding service policy governs any message you actually send.
Your choices
You may browse without submitting an inquiry. If you submit, the required information is needed so we can respond. Contact us by email to access, correct or delete your inquiry information.
Consent record
When you submit, we also record your consent time and the privacy-policy version shown, and link the inquiry to the random browser-tab session identifier for inquiry measurement. This does not confirm a WhatsApp or email message was sent. Unsent form details and a retry identifier are stored only in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and cleared after confirmed saving; consent is not restored. To limit abuse, we temporarily store one-way hashes of network addresses or contact identifiers with request counters, not raw IP addresses. Internal visitors can enable an exclusion preference cookie.
