These machines form short-dough biscuit pieces. They do not bake, and we do not supply an oven. All outputs are maximum reference values and depend on biscuit size, design and recipe.
Model 20A compact short-dough biscuit forming machine for small batches. Formed pieces are removed and placed on trays manually; automatic tray arranging cannot be added.

Model 80For higher-output continuous forming. The formed pieces transfer from this machine to the buyer’s existing tunnel-oven conveyor. This machine does not bake or arrange trays.

Available in 50 kg and 100 kg capacities with 7.5 kW and 15 kW power. Both require three-phase electricity and each mixing cycle is about 3–5 minutes.
Scope of supply: This is a high-speed mixer for keeping short-dough biscuit material loose. It is not a dough kneader.
