FORMING APPLICATIONS

Check forming suitability before selecting a machine.

Model selection is not based on hourly output alone. Product structure, feed condition, dimensions, thickness, trays and downstream equipment all matter.

FORMING FIT

Suitable and outside the machine scope

Suitability is judged by the material’s final condition when it enters the machine, not by whether it was kneaded earlier.

SUITABLE

Suitable for initial review

  • Dry, loose and non-sticky feed material
  • Material holds together under light pressure
  • Plain, single-layer, unfilled biscuit bases
  • Dimensions strictly above 30 mm and below 130 mm
  • Thickness from 3 to 15 mm
NOT PROVIDED

Not provided by this machine

  • Material still too wet, sticky or soft at feeding
  • Products requiring sheeting or laminating to form
  • Filling, injection or enclosed filled products
  • Jam depositing, coating, drizzle or toppings
  • Filling and assembly of sandwich biscuits
